Jay's Option Lab is a private analytics and monitoring dashboard operated by HUIJAE LEE for account access, data collection monitoring, model evaluation, and critical system alerts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how SMS consent is handled.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when an approved user creates or uses an account:

• Email address used for login and allowlist access.
• Mobile phone number used for SMS verification codes and critical account or system alerts.
• Account security data such as login timestamps, verification status, and audit log events.
• Dashboard usage data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the private service.

How We Use Information

We use the information only to operate and secure Jay's Option Lab, including:

• Sending one-time passcodes for login and password reset.
• Sending account security alerts, such as new login notifications.
• Sending critical system alerts related to data collection, model monitoring, or dashboard operation.
• Maintaining account access, audit logs, and system reliability.

SMS and Mobile Phone Numbers

Mobile phone numbers are used only for transactional SMS messages, including login verification, password reset verification, account security alerts, and critical system monitoring alerts. SMS messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use service providers such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Netlify for frontend hosting, and Google Cloud services for backend hosting and storage. These providers process information only as needed to provide infrastructure and communication services for Jay's Option Lab.

No Marketing or Sale of Data

Jay's Option Lab does not sell personal information and does not use phone numbers or account information for advertising, marketing campaigns, or promotional messages.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including allowlist-only access, password authentication, SMS verification, and audit logs. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

Account and security records are retained only as long as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the private dashboard, unless a longer retention period is required by law or operational needs.

Your Choices

Approved users may request updates or removal of account contact information. Users may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, but doing so may prevent access to login verification and security features.
